Shhh you guys, I bought me some bling. And I'm glad I've locked this blog coz then, Mr. Mine won't find out.
Eventhough this bling piece is kinda hard to miss, but Mr. Mine is oblivious to these things (unless he reads it on some blog somewhere :P). I bet he thinks it was just another birthday pressie from Grandma. Like always.
I think I did some pretty decent work last year. Not out-of-this-world kinda stuff, but pretty decent. And so, the company or rather my bosses felt fit to "reward" me. Buying bling this extravagant surfaced deep feelings of guilt but you know.. I don't know if I'll still be working with this company come next year, and so I thought it'd be nice to have a reminder of having been once a career woman. Haha. What a load of crap. I'm just justifying this DAMN FINE TENNIS BRACELET'S EXISTENCE.
Why diamonds? I think maybe I'm more of my grandma's granddaughter than I think I am. And yes, I did consult her about it. And she totally agreed that I needed a diamond tennis bracelet. Haha.
Ladies, there's nothing more satisfying than buying diamonds for yourself. Only because you're worth it.
