Forgotten.

I bumped into an ex-girlfriend yesterday evening. Yes, ex-girlfriend of mine. A girl I used to be friends with a long long time ago. She had her kids in tow. Three. She hasn't changed much. Just gotten fat. But then, so have I.

I casually walked away after the awkward hellos and how are yous. No exchanging of phone numbers. No we-should-catch-up-over-coffee-soon. I didn't really want anything more to do with her. It's just over. Done and done.

Can I just say her kids aren't cute. Guess they inherited her genes. Haha. Will I be punished for saying/thinking that? Boohoo.
