I need a short and sweet answer to a question.
One that will not invite subsequent questions (read: one that will make people just shadap).
One that will not involve me having to go into a lengthy explanation of how having a tumour in my brain is affecting my ability to have more children (also having to explain that no, I'm not yet dying from cancer atau yang sewaktu dengannya.)
Any suggestions?

I'd go for C.
My ex sis-in-law would always say, "Doakan ajelah moga2 dapat". From observation, it used to work to make people shaddap.
